My father age-68 has been suffering by neck pain since last more than 8 years. He has no diabetes, neither he is a BP patient. His skeleton has been twisted and his neck is not under his own control. If you look at his shoulders and upper back, notice that his body does not look symmetrical. This imbalance in his upper body is causing the neck imbalance. To correct the problem, it is important to treat his body as a unit (not just go after the symptom). He can start by checking out the book
Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. Let me know if you have any questions. Best of luck! Matt
