My right side lower rib cage area hurts when i breathe or even try to lay down, what have i done to it?

I slipped while trying to get a heifer loaded in the trailor, and bent very quickly to the right side , and my hip bone felt like it touched my ribs.  I had immediate pain and still have pain and it has been 7 days.  I cannot sleep comfortably , can't cough, hardly sit or walk without pain.  I have been taking ibuprofen and will get some relief, but generally the pain is very intense.
