my back itches and im feeling stinging sensations all over my back and its not swollen or red but REALLY hurts. whats going on?

my back is having itchy points and hurts like bees are stinging me on my skin and it isnt red or swollen and its been going on for 2 days now and now spreading to my butt and it really hurts please help me?!?!?!
