MORE WAYS TO RELAX AT THE PRESS OF A BUTTON...

They suggest that if you are suffering from fatigue then you should or someone else should press between your shoulders.

Another of Skye Alexander's remedies and for this one you should place your middle fingers on the shoulder well points, which can be found on the tops of the shoulders where the outer collar bones join the shoulders.

Press these points and massage for at least a minute, several times a day. This relieves tension in the shoulder muscles and joints, and can also reduce fatigue.

Remember to not press so hard that it starts to hurt, make mini circles with your finger.
