Meditation has been proved to improve sleep patterns which is important if you are in constant pain. It can also lower blood pressure and boos resistance to infection.

You are encouraged to empty your mind of all thoughts and pay close attention to everyday activities, focussing on the sensations, textures, colours, smells and sounds.
