Make Sure Your Mattress is aligning you properly at night

There are a few keys to good sleep: a good mattress, and a  proper neck pillow. One thing you want to make sure is that your mattress is not sagging. Often times, you will not notice this right away, it may take about an hour or two hours to realize that your bottom is not in line with the rest of your body or vice versa. You are lopsided on your mattress. Having proper alignment while sleeping is important because it ensures that you will sleep restfully and wake up refreshed. Sleeping out of alignment can lead to sleep that is disturbed, and waking up stiff, achy and sore.
