Lose Weight on the Job. Bring Your Treadmill and Walk While You Work

Med_150c1W hy bother going to the gym or exercising at home to lose weight, you can do it at the office, right at your work station, while doing your office work. In fact, according to Mayo Clinic Endocrinologist Dr. James Levine, you can burn an extra 120 calories per hour by walking on a treadmill at 1mph while you work ( full story ). I'm serious. In fact, walk-working 2-3 hours per day will burn off 45lbs in a year. Weight Loss Problem Solved.
