had constant pain between my spin and right shoulder blade very bad and my neck i couldnt move it then its eased and now i have constant pain in my right are shooting down it but stops at the wrist please help.
Hi Clare, I'm no Doctor but have had back, neck and arm pain for over 15 years - if you want to look at my blog you will see what I mean
http://backpain.blog.co.uk . It does sound to me like maybe you have a trapped nerve in your neck. Try conservative treatments first ie paracetamol, anti inflammatories and heat pads and if its no better go and see your Doc but don't leave it to long as these things can then take longer to sort out.
