Its been 4 days since my sting to my gland on back of neck, Its still swollen and hurts what should I do?

I went to Primary care center sunday afternoon because I have been losing my voice lately and my the gland in the back of my neck was swollen.  Well Tuesday I was stung on the back of my neck in the other gland and now they are both swollen and the wasp/hornet sting is pretty big and still hurts.   What should I do?  What could the problem be?
