im having sharp pain in right temple when i move my head fast. My neck hurts too.Pain is debilitating lasting 5-10 min. or more

i have been going to the accupuncture and getting adjustments the last couple months.  My neck has loosen up and i feel much less pressure....but my neck and right temple pain has increased....i hardly bump into something which shackes my neck and head a bit, and im almost on the ground....crying and disorented needing to go lye down for awhile....
