Some professions just require a lot of sitting: working at a front desk as a receptionist, being a taxi driver, being a truck driver, or even working at at a call center are some examples. It can lead to lower back pain at the end of the day, low back stiffness, soreness. One way to overcome this is to use a low back pillow- aka a lumbar cushion or low back support. This type of a pillow or support actually promotes proper posture in the lumbar region and helps you sit better when you are sitting for longer periods of time. It will help to relax the muscles of the lower back and prevent a low back situation at the end of the day.
