If a person suffers from a hip labral tear could it cause burning in the buttock area and down the leg into the heel?

 I have seen several orthopodic surgeons and a physiatrist: including therapy three ediderals and one Si injection...I am still in great pain and discomfort.  I can not sit and have to sleep on my right side.  The pain intensifies in the morning even while wering a lidocaine patch.  PLEASE HELP:(
