I was prescribed flexeril,voltaren and compazine now have pain in my upper stomach and in my right abdomen above rib cage

I was having neck and back pain and was prescribed flexeril, voltaren and compazine.  I took these for one day and now have upper stomach pain when I push on my upper stomach and right pain in my abdomen under my rib cage.  It feels like I have worked out a lot or something.  Could this be related to the medication, could it be appendicitis?  I also went to the chiropractor 2 days ago.
