I used to fear having to pick up ...

I used to fear having to pick up a heavy object off the ground.  No more!  Just have to think, follow the right cues, and not go too fast!  And make sure I can get a prober grip and positioning; e.g., I still can’t deadlift a heavy barbell due to the awkward positioning – but kettlebells are fine.
