i think i have a pinched nerve in my neck my arms and hands are always painfully numb and tingling

i have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis 10 yrs ago, have a lot of stress in my life. Have taken aleve and muscle relaxants but nothing seems to help. There is a radiating pain in the base of my neck as well as the lower left side of my neck. Feels almost cold sometimes. The pain in my hands is almost unbearable and wakes me upo several times during the night
