I just moved to a high humidity area in the US. I am used to dry heat. My feet/ankles/calves are swollen. Help please.

Once after a trip from mexico this happened. I thought it was salt intake that I do not use. Again after a trip to Africa on the plane. Now, I moved from LA to Lou KY. The swelling has happened 2 times during heavy rainfall. Please hep me? Thanks
