I have what I'm told is likely a shoddy lymph node in my neck, and progressively worse lower back pain.

I also have a flat brown spot on my vagina that has been there for at least 3 years.  I have no idea if any of these things are related.  I have had a CPR test done and it came back as normal.  Any idea if there is something that could cause all of these?
