i have swollen tight neck muscles for over 12 mths. am attending a chriopractor. I am a wheelchair user.

I think my neck pain is down to using the same muscles all the time because of the wheelchair.  all blood work ok so are xrays and ct scan of neck. swelling of neck muscles come and go
