I have scoliosis,2 bulging L spine disks & facet arthropathy...will it be a problem for me to get an epidural for child birth?

I am otherwise healthy, and am of small to average body habitus (5'5'' 130lbs pre-pregnancy) I do have right sided SI joint pain now...Thank You!
