Possible causes would be a cyst,
hydrocele or varicocele or other condition. These type of lumps are more fluid. If it is more of a solid lump it may be a sign of Testicular cancer.
Go see your doctor right away to have the lump examined. There are many possibilities most of which are fine or benign.
