
I guess you could call it that. I does sound like a repetitive motion type of strain. This does cause inflammation which puts pressure on nerves and causes pain. Tendonitis is inflammation of a tendon.
Often times rest and ice will help; then try to change up your routine- for example, if you always use youe right arm for a particular task, try using the left.
Sometimes, with a shoulder/ collar bone issue you may need to have something aligned or adjusted by your chiroporactor. Your posture may also be playing a roll.
