While lifting a heavy object at work (USPS) I felt a crack in my neck on the right side and felt a slight numbing and tingling of my right arm and hand.  It has been several months and I have been experiencing a marked tremor in my right hand and my neck is hurting on the right side and I am not sure if a pinched nerve can cause tremors.... I am going to seek medical attention but any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
