I have numbness (pins and needles) in my right hand which comes and goes during the day and turns very painful when sleeping at night and radiates up my arm. A dr in the ER thinks it could be carpal tunnel. I recently started getting the same pins and needles feeling in my left foot recently and was wondering if the two are related. I have a job which requires me to be on my feet all day and to carry heavy things up and downstairs; I am wondering if I hurt my back? Any ideas on what it could be or how serious it is?
