I have high Astigmatism eye problem in my left eye, i am confuse about its treatment.

I have high Astigmatism eye problem in my left eye, i am a computer programmer, glasses are not solving my issue, and my Astigma is -3.0 and 120 axis, Doctor has said you are not the candidate for lasik surgery. What should i do?
