Jimmy, having chronic neck pain can interfere with getting to sleep and enjoying a restful sleep. Sleep is when our body heals- and when this vital sleep function is lacking it can affect our mental state of mind and our physical being as well.
Find out what is causing your neck pain. In the meantime, I would recommend that you sleep on a
