I have had a frozen shoulder since June - please help me understand the MRI results. Thanks.

Finally - received MRI results - maybe you can decode this...they are sending me to physical therapy. I have been working with a reflexologist, massage therapist who also does cupping, and chiropractor who does accupunture.

There is a high grade partial bural-sided tear involving the anterior distal figers of the supraspinatus tendon.  There is associated fluid within the subacromial subdeltoid bursa.  There is edema noted within the rotator interval and auxiliary recess consistent with adhesive capsuilitis.  There is a moderate sized glenohumeral joint effusion.  There is a low grade partial articular sided tear involving the infraspinatus tendon.  The subscapularis is intact.  The long head biceps and teres minor tendons are intact.  No labral tear or paralabral cyst.  There is mild acromiclavicular osteoarthritis. THe coracoacromial and coracoclavicular ligaments are intact.

Any advice?  Thanks
