i have been having bad pains in the back of my head & my lymph glands are swollen...whats causeing this? what should i do?

I have a loss of appetite,the pain in my head is becoming unbearable. I have been making sure to keep fluids in my body,i have been drinking lots of gatorade and water. it hurts when i move my eyes side to side and up and down. and im not sure if i should go to the doctor or not..is it serious? what is causing this?
