i have a swelling at the very tip of the bottom of my spine it is very very painful. it comes and goes swelling up and going dow

Lower back pain- sensitvie to touch the very base of my spine- have not falling or hrut myself it comes and goes particualry bad at the moment.

 

like a lump pf soft tissue has leaked out and is just hanging off the end it is squashy to touch and round ish in shape- agony
