I HAVE A SENSATION IN MY UPPER BACK LIKE IF I HAVE BUGS CRAWLING AROUND AND A TINGLING SENSATION AS WELL, CAN U HELP?

This sensation is beginning to be uncomfortable and it becomes gradual to the point where I feel as if someone is pulling my hair! can u help please?
