When you say "Siliac Sack"- are you meaning to say the Sacro-Iliac Joint ? That is a common area in the lower back that can have
subluxation, causing pain, and also decreasing flexibility. Also know as the SI joint - it is the joint in the pelvis between the sacrum and the pelvis. There are also ligaments in this area as well as overlying muscle which can spasm (and cause pain).
Due to the
SI Joint not moving properly, one can have pain while doing activities such as standing up from a seated position or lifting the knee such as when you go up and down stairs. Pain from a the SI joint can also go into the buttocks and legs as well. As you mentioned having difficulty bending forward, that can also be a dysfunction of the Sacro-iliac joint.
