I have a lump on the left side of my neck.Its in the front. It's amost in the middle of my neck. What do you think it is?

I'm 13 and I've heard it could be something bad so I wanted to know what it is. It's amost a size of a grape. I noticed it after I got better from the H1N1. Do you know what it is?
