L3-4 level, a mild generalized disc bulge is noted which flattens the anterior margin of the thecal sac. No focal disc protusion or significant foraminal narrowing.
L4-5 level, mild generalized disc bulge is noted with a superimposed small central disc protusion. The thecal sac still measures greater than 1 cm in minimal midline AP dimension. No significant foraminal narrowing.
L5-S1 level, a mild to moderate disc bulge is noted with a superimposed broad-based right paramedial disc protusion which abuts, but does not significantly displace the anterior margin of the thecal sac and proximal S1 nerve roots. No significant foraminal narrowing. There is some calcification within this disc protusion.

I'm not sure what all this means.
