I have 2 lumps on the back of my neck, both are about the size of a penny, 1 is close to my left ear the other is right below my hair line on the right side. The one on the right is painful the one on the left is a little sore when pressed but not causing constant pain like the one on the right. I also woke up with pretty significant joint pain and stiffness this morning. Is this something I should be concerned with? I also I am 23, so I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be having joint pain yet.
