i had a sudden localized back pain asociated with stiffness of fingers and tingling sensations in my hands.

it was a puncturing pain, felt in just one spot and it was so strong i could hardly do anything. i almost had no power in my body. it came in 2 minutes with no warning and after i took a buscopan left in 10 minutes. i have no medical condition and i had never felt somthing like this before. usually i can take pain very well. this worrys me a little and i would like to know what could be the cause for it. thank you.
