I got a shot of Toradol over a month ago in my buttocks and there is a lump and it hurts anyone know why???

I got a lump after a  injection of toradol. It was given over a month ago and the lump is still there and it hurts I have had them before but usually i get them in my thigh area i got this one in my buttocks I did not know if this was scar tissue or what it was.
