I find it very difficult to isolate the weak muscles on the concave side of my scoliosis. Would electric exercise pads help?

Whenever I try to do exercises to strengthen my back, I feel my strong side (the outer part of my curve) just get stronger, worsening my scoliosis. If electric exercise might help, can you recommend how to choose the best and safest ones?
