I fell hard on my wood rocking chair on my left side ,it bruised my bresat and now I am having a sharp burning pain in the left

i fell on my left side on a wooden rocker and landed on the floor. this happened 10 days ago. i do not have insurance so I cannot afford a Dr bill What are your suggestions/
