Starts with triceps, tingle to numb/tingle, both arms.
Pain worsens in triceps, numbness moves down arms to hands
Unable to grasp
Pain worsens in triceps
Extreme dizziness, cannot stand
Feeling like a stab in mid/upper back
Headache
Extreme pain in triceps & pins and needles in whole arm continues
Tightness in chest, can breathe, but feel like I cannot
Chest relaxes
Dizziness disappears
Arm pain/numbness reduces
This process lasts up to 10 minutes
Followed with milder headache, feeling of extreme weakness in arms/shoulders (1-hours)
52 yr female, overweight
history of migrains (especially when younger) But this doesn't seem anything like that
