I dropped a crystal clock on my foot, now when I touch that spot my toes tingle on top. What could cause this??

I have also been having pain directly parallel to my left should blade.  After rubbing my back and using a heating pad, the pain goes away and has not returned but in small amounts.

 Thank you for any input.
