Sorry to to be bringing you down so close to when your surgery was but I had L4 through S1 fused with all of the metal and everything in december of '08 and I'm only 22 so they thought I would bounce back right away but I'm still in an extreme amount of pain and i also still have intense muscle spasms in my right leg. and when my back pain gets worse so does the muscle spasms.
