How Many Chiropractic Adjustments Do You Really Need?

San Francisco Chiropractor Comments:

4322306[1] When it comes to chiropractic treatment plans...every person is different. How many visits you need  depends on what your problem is and the severity. Is it new and acute or chronic (over 3 months old)?

Are there multiple areas of involvement...such as neck, shoulder, and low back...or just one area? What kind of disability do you have if any? Are there any complications such as scoliosis, advanced disc degeneration, or underlying medical conditions?

Your age and overall physical condition must be taken into consideration well as our experience with similar cases.

But hey...this is information is gathered on the case history you fill out, the consultation, and exam.

Then, typically...your chiropractor will treat you the same day and schedule a Report Of Findings to make many visits over what period of time, home care, exercises, do' s and don' ts...and costs (including insurance).

At my clinic, Executive Express Chiropractic in downtown San Francisco we ask the patient on the first visit what kind of treatment they are looking for...just symptom relief (which can be very short term) or correction (which takes longer)...or just a one time visit or maybe a couple. We always try to give our patients what they want...but we always tell them what we think they need.

Some patients come in only a few times...and some come as many as 20 times or more. Heck...I have some patients that have been coming to see us once a week for 17 years. We let you decide how you wish to utilize our services...and we make it easy. We have a no waiting-no appointments needed policy. That' s can just walk right in during open hours (M-F 9-6, Sat 9-1)...enter your PIN Code...and get adjusted.

So many chiropractic adjustments you need depends on a lot of things...including how many you want. So find a chiropractor that will let YOU decide...that' s what I would do.
