hi, im 7 weeks pregnant and im experiencing really sore upper back pain in the middle of my shoulder blades just below my neck.

hi, im 7 weeks pregnant and im experiencing really sore upper back pain in the middle of my shoulder blades just below my neck. Is this because of my pregnancy? im worried about a miscarriage as ive had one before.
