Had a great session today, activating some of the “turned off” muscles that control my right foot and ankle. Immediately felt more stable in the knee area when doing unweighted squats, but still pulling to the right when squatting. Muscles in general getting consistently stronger and more stable. Back in a couple of weeks for more!
