Technology these days can have a negative effect on our sleep. Wheter it's the sound of a text message going off when you just got to sleep, or you just can't fall asleep because your mind was racing on the internet right before bed. Whatever the case, you need to be aware of this more recent problem.
Sleep is difficult for some, maybe because of their neck pain, or back pain, or work hours. We don't need this added distraction.
Not getting enough sleep will effect our health negatively over all.
