forward flexed thoracic spine with sciatica...Hx of cushings's syndrome with residual lumbar and thoracic fat.

I also have parkinson's disease diagnosed 5 years ago. Is the lumbar fat causing the trunk flexion or is it the parkinson's ... what would be attributed to the severe sciatica?Many thanks ... I am not overweight.
