Which way is your pelvis tilted. Most times we find a forward tilted pelvis because alot of women wear heels regularly. This tilts the pelvis forward giving us a hyperlordosis. Using a
lumbar cushion can help get the pelvis and low back in alignment.
Posterior pelvic tilts work very well for this. To do: Lay flat on your back with your knees up. Rotate your pelvis back so your whole lower spine touches the floor. Hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10-20 times.
