Yes it is possible for high heels to cause a number of symptoms: lower back pain, leg pain, calf pain,  and foot pain. The muscles of the calf are the Gastrocnemius and Soleus.  Wearing High Heels reduces the normal activity of the Gastoc muscles during the action of walking. Walking in high heels can cause tightness and tender trigger points in the calf muscles. This can also cause significant lower back pain as well. Nav
