did a bomb of mephedrone earlier and now feels like paper is stuck in back of my throat.

it isn't painful merely annoying and if i cough/ hack up enough the paper seems to come dislodged and move down the throat before moving back up. I have coughed up phlegm that seems to contain bits of mephedrone and smells strongly of such, can anyone tell me how to get it out or whats going on?
