I've been having upper chest/back pain on my right side, and sometime it will shoot down my right arm which then lends to be me being unable to take a deep breath fully, it feels lik there's presure, while tinglying and numbness and every once in a while i'll have a sharp pain on the left side of my chest... what could possibly cause this? and if heart disease runs in my family, should i get this checked?
