cervical spine osteophytes treatment

Posted by Megha

I have gone through MRI test and its results are as under,
->Posterior bulging (more on the left side) of c5-c6 intervertebral disc causing narrowing of left lateral canal.
->Posterior bulging of c3-c4 and c4-c5 intervertrabral discs causing indentation over ventral aspect of cervical dural theca.
-> Posterior bulging osteophytes at c4,c5 and c6 level.
Kindly suggest me proper treatment to get rid of above problem.

Meditation to live with the pain. Surgery should be you very last option as often the scaring and other complications will make the pain and life style worse. I've the same and in my lumbar also
